  • Projektmanagement: Führe anspruchsvolle Rollouts bei Top-Kunden mit bestimmter und kooperativer Projektsteuerung durch
  • Solution Scoping & Problem Solving: Identifiziere und gestalte gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden den optimalen Einsatz von shyftplan mit Integration in bestehende Systemlandschaften
  • On-Site Workshops: Leite Workshops in der Onboardingphase für Key User und Projektteams - solo und mit Kollegen
  • AI tooling & Innovation: Gestalte eigene AI-basierte Lösungen und internes Tooling mit, um unsere Onboarding-Prozesse technologisch führend und hochgradig effizient zu gestalten

Your profile

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium – gern in Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einem MINT-Fach
  • Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement mit (z. B. Consulting, Konzern, Agentur)
  • Im Kontakt mit Kund:innen trittst du souverän und klar auf
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist offen für Austausch und Feedback
  • Digitale Tools und Software begeistern dich
  • Du denkst analytisch, entscheidest pragmatisch und packst hands-on mit an
  • Für Kundentermine bist du gelegentlich reisbereit
