As a Lead Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) at shyftplan, you will be leading one of our crossfunctional teams, with a strong ambition for solving our customers’ problems. ​These are you task in more ​detail: 

  • Mentor and lead a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring motivation, engagement, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and team to define achievable sprint commitments, considering technical feasibility and business priorities.
  • Provide technical leadership on architectural decisions, coding techniques, and technology selection.
  • Ensure the development of robust and scalable software solutions aligned with project goals

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in application development, and 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails (7)
  • Experience with a modern UI framework (Vue2, 3 or React) 
  • Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, PSQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices
  • Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks
  • Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
