As a Lead Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) at shyftplan, you will be leading one of our cross-functional teams, with a strong ambition for solving our customers’ problems. These are you task in more detail:

Be a great example in your coding for your team.
Mentor and lead a small, agile, and cross-functional engineering team, ensuring motivation, engagement, and skill development.
Collaborate with Product Manager and team to define and deliver achievable sprint commitments, considering technical feasibility and business priorities.
Give valuable feedback on implementation details.
Ensure the development of robust and scalable software solutions aligned with project goals.

Dein Profil

3+ years of experience in web development
Experience with Ruby on Rails (8) would be an advantage
Experience with a modern UI framework (Vue3 or React)
Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, PSQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices
Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks
Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards
Strong in SOLID and Clean Code principles
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
