Bring your unique selling approach
Our enterprise team is currently lead by our founder Jan. In order to accommodate our growth we’re looking for a VP who “has done it before”. You will work in close collaboration with Jan initially and take charge as soon as possible. You will work on priority deals and also call the shots in the future. It will be on you to scale the team and keep success and growth on target.
In a nutshell, you will recruit a stellar team, advise your reps on their current deals, optimize structures, processes and tactics, define strategy and close business.
Proven experience in scaling an enterprise sales team
Proven experience in software sales for enterprise customers
Very good understanding of SaaS products, solution selling and assessing and addressing customer needs
Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization
Ability (and willingness) to switch between operative and strategic working focus as required
Ability to build a sales structure that scales
Native level German, business proficient in English
