We are looking for a German speaking Senior Account Executive to join us on our mission to becoming #1 in the market for workforce management automation solutions. A Senior Account Executive at shyftplan is directly responsible for the expansion and preservation of our customer base. In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Turn warm leads into long-lasting partnerships
  • Analyze customer needs and offer solutions tailored to specific requirements and use-cases
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development and Customer Success Management
  • Identify decision makers and establish strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Consult key stakeholders regarding use-cases and benefits of our software solution
  • Partner with internal teams to provide solutions that meet our customer's needs
  • Grow and nurture powerful networks inside our target markets
  • Present our solutions on trade fairs and industry events

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in software sales for enterprise customers
  • Very good understanding of SaaS products, solution selling and deal negotiation
  • You know your craft inside out and know how to move fast without compromising on quality
  • A confident and individual approach on identifying and managing decision makers
  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization combined with strong project management capabilities
  • Native level German, business proficient in English
