Product Manager - B2B / SaaS (f/m/d)

Enterprise SaaS Solution | Product Management | Web Application | Mobile App 

 As a member of the Product Team, you will be responsible for driving the future direction of our cloud-based automated workforce management software solution. You will make strategic, data-driven decisions at the intersection of customer needs and our team, defining and prioritizing product and functional requirements and managing their implementation from end to end.

Your tasks include: 

• Developing and executing product strategies in line with shyftplan's vision
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop product requirements and features
• Collaborating with our management and team leaders to create concrete product plans and roadmaps
• Coordinating a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and designers
• Planning sprints by providing and managing clear, data-based product objectives

• Qualification or university degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience as a product manager/product owner, ideally in a technical environment
• Experience with SaaS and B2B products
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and frameworks
• Very good organizational and leadership skills
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
