Your Playground

As part of the growing enterprise sales team you will be involved in cold-calling, networking, company sponsored meet and greets and trade fairs. As Manager Enterprise Sales you will facilitate existing accounts and develop new leads to shyftplan references.

You will be a part of a highly motivated and experienced enterprise sales team. 

  • Identify decision makers in the enterprise segment and approach them via phone, Email as well as on trade fairs and events
  • Consult key stakeholders regarding use-cases and benefits of our software solution
  • Plan and execute roadmaps to boost lead generation and deal closure
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide solutions that meet our customer's needs
  • Grow and nurture powerful networks inside our target markets

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in software sales for enterprise customers
  • Very good understanding of SaaS products, solution selling and assessing and addressing customer needs
  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization
  • You will pitch in front of large crowds with a lot of different opinions, so you should feel comfortable doing that
  • Native level German, business proficient in English
  • You love to learn as much as you love to share your knowledge with others
