Your Playground

As part of the growing enterprise sales team you will be involved in cold-calling, networking, company sponsored meet and greets and trade fairs. As Junior Manager Enterprise Sales you will facilitate existing accounts and support the team to develop new leads to shyftplan references.

You will be a part of a highly motivated and experienced enterprise sales team. 

In detail, you will:

  • plan and execute roadmaps to boost lead generation and deal closure
  • explain shyftplan to key stakeholders regarding use-cases and benefits of our cloud based software 
  • partner with different stakeholders to provide solutions that meet our customer's needs
  • grow and nurture powerful networks inside our target markets
  • learn the Challenger Sales Methodology and become an expert for the Global Human Capital Trends

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or related field desirable or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years Inside Sales/Business Development Experience in a software or related technology company is preferred
  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various media
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  • Demonstrated persistence to move past gate-keepers and gain key intelligence regarding decision makers, customer needs
  • Native level German, business proficient in English
