Your Playground

We are looking for a German speaking Head of Sales to take over and grow a team of currently five sales professionals. If you successfully built software sales teams before, are passionate about developing and coaching people and want to build effective and scalable sales processes and structures, this role will be for you. In detail, you will:

  • Take over strategic and operative leadership of a growing sales unit with currently five sales professionals
  • Design and implement highly effective and scalable sales processes
  • Hire and develop young professionals as well as experienced sales experts to grow the team over time
  • Be a key part of our leadership team and partner with other functions to push visibility and growth within our target markets
  • Build and nurture sustainable relationships with key customers and partners

Your Profile
  • You have built and lead a successful software sales team before 
  • You know how to encourage accountability and high performance within your team
  • You're experienced in setting up motivating monetary and non-monetary incentive systems
  • You have proven experience in software sales for enterprise customers
  • You come with a very good understanding of SaaS products, solution selling and assessing and addressing customer needs 
  • You are able and willing to switch between an operative and strategic working focus as required 
  • You will pitch in front of large crowds with a lot of different opinions, so you should feel comfortable doing that 
  • Native level German, business proficient in English
