Help our customers to use shyftplan successfully



Your playground

  • Every day we have thousands of users from 16 different countries
  • shyftplan is very easy to use but can get quite complex beneath the surface
  • Every customer has its own workflows and processes that have to be implemented in the tool
  • You support our customers with onboarding, product demos (remote) and solve technical problems
  • You team up with other internal units to offer the best customer experience out there
  • We offer substantial training and onboarding, student-friendly time allocation and full integration in our team, with the chance to get a deep insight in the operations of a growing tech startup

Requirements

Your Profile

  • A strong interest in software and tools, with the ability to successfully explain complex topics to different audiences
  • Strong ability to empathize with people to assess and address customer needs effectively 
  • Native level German, business proficient in English
  • You love to learn as much as you love to share your knowledge with others
  • First experience in customer service or other customer facing roles is a big plus (tech or non-tech)
