Your playground

We are looking for an empathetic and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team based in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Every day we have thousands of users from 16 different countries around the world. While shyftplan is very easy to use it can get quite complex beneath the surface. You will establish sustainable and reliable relations with our high-touch B2B customers, helping them to realize the value they expect from our product and service. Let’s make our customers become fans of shyftplan.


In detail, you will:

  • Identify and assess our customer's needs and enable them to use our software successfully to ensure long lasting partnerships
  • Onboard new customers in our software and conduct customer training sessions remote and on-site
  • Prepare and execute quarterly business reviews with your key customers
  • Document and track the customer lifecycle in the CRM-System (Salesforce)
  • Be your customer's ambassador internally in order to ensure our product’s market fit and to continuously grow your customer's shyftplan benefit
  • Identify x- and up-selling opportunities and support our sales team
  • Implement new processes and tools together with your team to ensure smooth and scalable CS operations
  • Collaborate smoothly with sales, finance and product teams

Requirements

 Your Profile

  • Prior experience in Customer Success Management or other customer facing roles (like sales or account management), ideally in a SaaS/B2B environment
  • A university degree is beneficial but not required
  • A strong interest in software, with the ability to successfully explain complex topics the easy way to different audiences
  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization to assess and address customer problems effectively
  • In difficult situations, you keep calm and find creative solutions to get things out of the way
  • Native level German, (business) proficient in English
  • You love to learn as much as you love to share your knowledge with others
