Your Playground

As a Chief of Staff at shyftplan you will work side by side with our MDs to oversee cross-department strategic initiatives from design through successful execution and to ensure operative excellence throughout the business. In detail, you will...

  • Take ownership of strategic projects to improve internal procedures, business performance and legal certainty
  • Review, design, and execute on optimizations to the organizational and communication structure
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management and implementing initiatives
  • Resolve conflicts and operational bottle necks between teams, business functions as well as external stakeholders
  • Support our MDs with research, data analysis and exploring growth opportunities

Requirements

Your Profile
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in business consulting or a comparable experience in complex and dynamic environments
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives and change
  • Strong ability to lead without authority
  • Native level German skills, business proficiency in English
  • Capable and willing to switch between an operative and strategic working focus as required
