Your Playground

The sales team plays a big part in shyftplan's growth strategy to become #1 in the employee management and communication sector. 


  • Inspire prospective customers to adopt shyftplan
  • Engage highly qualified inbound leads over the phone at mid-sized & enterprise companies
  • Taking a prospect from “curious” to “client” - in other words, turning a lead into a sale
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Customer Success departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Plan, coordinate and hold shyftplan product demos
  • Grow and nurture powerful networks inside our target markets
  • Present our products to prospects on trade fairs and events

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Proven experience with SaaS products, solution selling and assessing and addressing customer needs

  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization

  • Trained in strategic thinking and complex decision-making

  • Very good analytic and time management skills

  • Native level German, business proficient in English

  • BONUS: prior experience in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
