The  sales team plays a big part in shyftplan's growth strategy to become #1 in the employee management and communication sector. An Account Executive at shyftplan is directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.


  • Recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development and Customer Success 
  • Establish strong relationships with Executives, VPs and C-levels
  • Consult key stakeholders regarding use-cases and benefits of our software solution
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide solutions that meet our customer's needs
  • Grow and nurture powerful networks inside our target markets
  • Present our products to customers on trade fairs and events

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in software sales for enterprise customers
  • Very good understanding of SaaS products and solution selling 
  • Trained in strategic thinking and complex decision-making
  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization
  • Very good analytic, decision-making and time management skills
  • Native level German, business proficient in English
  • BONUS: prior experience in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
